The Challenge
Top Deck is Savannah’s preeminent rooftop restaurant and lounge, overlooking the city of Savannah. As one of the best rooftop establishments in the city, its views of the Savannah River, Talmadge Bridge, Hutchinson Island, and Savannah, itself, are unmatched. Unfortunately, Top Deck was not producing enough foot traffic and restaurant sales from both tourists and locals.
